How billing works

A cruise pass is a one-time payment for Pro features on a single cruise for both travelers, valid through your sail date plus 30 days. You choose that cruise at checkout (often the one you already opened in Free Preview). The pass stays locked to that itinerary and cannot be moved later — that keeps planning fair if you print materials and later book a different sailing. Need a second cruise? Buy another cruise pass, or upgrade to Pro Annual for unlimited itineraries. Pro Annual is a recurring yearly subscription managed through Stripe’s billing portal. Existing monthly subscribers can keep managing their plan from Account.

Planning and booking

Port Planner helps you choose excursions. Book through Viking and confirm current itineraries, availability, excursion prices, and booking details there. Excursion purchases are separate from Port Planner.
