Bratislava’s Christmas Market & Organ Concert

Enjoy the Festive Sights and Sounds Stroll Bratislava’s Old Town and experience the Christmas market with an enchanting organ recital. Join your local guide and set off along the Amber Road, tracing the ancient trade route that once linked Northern and Southern Europe. Stop to view the Gothic-style Universitas Istropolitana, the first university founded in present-day Slovakia. Feel the festive spirit as you visit the old town on foot, admiring the illuminated main square. Around the square, you will see the rococo, late-Baroque Grassalkovich Palace, residence of the president, and the rose-hued Archbishop’s Palace, home to the mayor. Stop at the Gothic St. Martin’s Cathedral and enjoy an organ concert of festive carols. Afterward, visit the Christmas market and walk among traditional stalls, brimming with yuletide treats, handcrafted Christmas ornaments, and more. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines. Total time walking or standing normally ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours.
