Visit the cellars where the wine is aged in large casks and hear about the estate's wine-making past. Accompany your private chef to the kitchen, where you will learn to make pasta dough and sauce from local tomatoes, herbs and spices. Your lesson complete, retire to the dining room for delicious hors d’oeuvres and the pasta and sauces you helped prepare.
