RIB Ride to Spectacular Glacial Landscapes Journey through Iceland’s vast, barren landscape and take a scenic Zodiac ride to witness a majestic glacier. Board your motor coach and settle in for your 2-hour, 45-minute panoramic drive to the Fjallsárlón Iceberg Lagoon. Pass through the fishing village of Höfn along the way, known for its mountain vistas. When you arrive at your destination, take in the breathtaking sight of one of Iceland’s spectacular lagoons, with its floating icebergs and towering glaciers. After a short safety briefing, don your gear, board your Zodiac and hold tight as you set out along the pristine waters. See the looming face of the imposing Vatnajökull Glacier, the largest in Europe. Return to shore for a light lunch, then begin your return journey. Along the way, you will stop at a Mánagarður community house. Enjoy time to stretch your legs before reboarding your coach back to your awaiting ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
