Scenic Mountain Drive & Dalsnibba

Stunning Vistas & Incredible Mountains Set out on a panoramic drive through towering mountains and expansive glaciers to the top of Dalsnibba. Meet your guide, drive into the green Flydal Valley and ascend to the high mountain plateau at Djupvatnet Lake. Admire the rugged landscape as you continue to the quaint village of Hjelle, nestled between snowcapped peaks. Trace the shores of Lake Oppstryn to Jostedalsbreen National Park. Explore its collection of exhibits that focus on the range of landscapes that can be found in the area, as well as the wildlife of Jostedal Glacier. Afterward, visit a local mountain hotel where you can enjoy a delicious lunch and marvel at the amazing view of the Hjelle Valley. Then, return to Djupvatnet Lake before driving to the top of Dalsnibba. At the impressive height of 4,921 feet, Dalsnibba offers incredible views of Geiranger, the fjord and the surrounding mountains. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
