Witness Spectacular Vistas of the Arctic Immerse yourself in the nature of the Arctic while keeping your eyes peeled for intriguing wildlife. Meet your guide and walk to your expedition vessel. Here, you will meet your skipper and after a safety briefing, board your boat; a large, covered, special operations RIB with seating for 12 thrill-seeking passengers. As your experienced helmsman navigates the pristine waters of the Isfjord, keep watch for nesting birds, including the Atlantic puffin. As you approach the coast, keep your eyes peeled for walrus, who sometimes sunbathe and swim in the area. Leaving the sights of the beach behind, speed across the ocean toward the Bore glacier to admire its blue-tinged wall of ice. If you are lucky, you may hear the thundering sound of the glacier calving. Afterward, return to the harbor and your ship.
