Breathe in the distinctive aromas of the hop fields as your guide shares insights about hop farming and its long history in Kent. The farm utilizes modern equipment alongside historic machinery, and you will have the opportunity to see these machines up-close and learn about their uses. See the traditional kilns, designed to preserve the unique essential oils of the hops, and learn how the dried hops are prepared for transportation to brewers.
