Šipan Island & the Blue Cave

Relax and Unwind During a Beach Visit Sail across the waters of the Adriatic to the Elaphiti Islands to spend time relaxing on pebbled shores. Travel by boat from Dubrovnik toward Šipan, the largest island of this small archipelago. Step ashore at Šipanska Luka, where you will continue on foot to a quiet, pebbled beach. On arrival, you may choose how to spend your time—stroll along the shoreline and take in the views, enjoy a refreshing swim in the Adriatic or relax beneath the Mediterranean sun. Sun loungers will be provided for comfort and swimming shoes will also be available. Later, head to a family-run restaurant overlooking the bay for a three-course lunch featuring local seafood. After, rejoin your vessel and continue toward the Blue Cave, named for the blue light effect created when sunlight reflects off the white seabed. After your visit, return to your awaiting ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines. Total time walking or standing normally ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours.
