An Invigorating Journey Across Isfjorden and a Delicious Meal Set sail from Longyearbyen for a scenic boat trip to appreciate beautiful Svalbard landscapes and the Bore glacier. Disembark your ship and take a short stroll to the pier, where you will board your vessel for a memorable journey across Arctic waters. As you cross Isfjorden en route to the pointed peaks of Borebukta, your guide will share stories and insights about local wildlife and history. Immerse yourself in the stunning landscape as your captain navigates the pristine fjord, admiring the majestic glaciers and surrounding mountains. Stay alert for potential sightings of birdlife and marine life; this region is frequented by glaucous gulls and black guillemots, as well as groups of walruses. Upon arrival at Borebukta, you will enjoy a delicious buffet lunch on board, before you set course back toward Longyearbyen and your awaiting ship. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines.
