Glacier Safari by Speedboat

Witness Stunning Glaciers and Arctic Bays Scout for wildlife as you cross the Isfjord and marvel at its impressive glacial landscape. At the floating dock, meet your skipper and guide before boarding your modern 12-seater boat. Then, fasten your seatbelt and, after a short safety briefing, set off for Borebukta Bay. Your boat will navigate the fjord’s waters, ensuring not to disturb local wildlife. Marvel at the blue and white walls of the mighty glaciers that surround you as you keep watch for lounging walruses. These animals can sometimes be seen relaxing on ice floes or on the shores of nearby rocky inlets. As social animals, they usually appear in groups—hunting for food in the sea, or on land with fellow members of their herd. While on board, enjoy a warming beverage and a snack on deck as you take in the views of the glaciers. Afterward, return to the pier and your ship. Please note: wildlife sightings cannot be guaranteed. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
