Ho Chi Minh City, Siem Reap and Angkor Archaeological Park See the sights of Ho Chi Minh City and behold the world’s largest religious structure on a visit to Angkor Wat. Visit its iconic temples, including the forest at Ta Prohm Temple, the location of many Tomb Raider film scenes. Admire the sights of Siem Reap and explore its colorful markets. Day 1 - Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam Disembark your ship and drive to the Lady Hau Temple and the Traditional Chinese Medicine museum. After lunch, continue your journey to Ho Chi Minh City, passing colonial landmarks such as Notre Dame Cathedral and the 19th-century post office.  Check in at your hotel and set out to explore the hustle and bustle of the city by a traditional “pedal cab.” As the evening descends, attend a traditional folkloric puppet performance at a local theater, followed by dinner at a hotel.
