Situated on the outskirts of historic Hoi An, Tra Que is the first and only organic farm in the Hoi An and Quang Nam province, offering visitors insight into rural life in Vietnam. Here, you will learn about organic farming methods and the chemical-free cultivation of vegetables. An exciting feature of this rural immersion is joining the farmers in the fields for their harvest. Next, you will head into the kitchen to learn how to create your own fragrant dishes from this freshly sourced, local food. Upon arrival, enjoy a welcome drink and demonstration from a local chef. Under his guidance, you will prepare your own delicious plate. After savoring the result of your newfound culinary skills, enjoy a herbal foot massage, before returning to your ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
