Explore Australia’s Famed Beach with a Local Lifeguard Join a Bondi lifeguard for a guided walk along one of Australia’s best-known coastal stretches. Board your motor coach and set out for the clifftop lookout at Marks Park. Here you will meet your guide, a local lifeguard from the world-famous television series Bondi Rescue , who will accompany you on your walk and share insight into Bondi’s beach culture. Take in the views across Bondi, Tamarama and Bronte before joining the famed Bondi coastal walkway. As you stroll the path, learn how lifeguard patrols read surf conditions, identify rip currents and manage one of the country’s busiest beaches. Continue to the Bondi Icebergs ocean pool, set against the open sea, then walk on to the historic Surf Bathers Life Saving Club, where you will see rescue equipment and hear firsthand accounts of daring rescues.
