Breathtaking Fjords & Sparkling Waters Immerse yourself in the serene beauty of the fjords as you travel in a RIB, a powerful, rigid, inflatable boat. You will walk to the nearby RIB pier, where your guide will fit you with a protective waterproof suit. Your boat holds just 12 passengers, ensuring you a personal experience. As you set off with your experienced boat driver, you will whisk across the sparkling waters, perhaps leaping over the wake of a passing ferry and sidling up to vertical cliffs rising from the water. You will pause along the way to admire wildlife such as sea eagles and seals. The highlight of your ride is the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Naerøyfjord with its narrow passageways and mountains that soar 1,500 feet. Afterward, return back to your ship by RIB. This excursion is inadvisable for those with back or mobility issues. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines. Total time walking or standing normally ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours.
