West Indian Cooking Class

Savor an Antiguan Culinary Experience Partake in an unforgettable culinary experience during a cooking course with a renowned Antiguan chef. Caribbean cuisine is a mouthwatering fusion of many different influences, including African, Creole, Indian and more. Drive from the pier to a beachside venue. Upon arrival, you will receive a warm welcome from the team, who have been trained by a Michelin-starred chef. Enjoy a complimentary traditional rum or fruit punch, then settle in for your cooking lesson. Using fresh, local ingredients, help prepare a three-course meal, learn the history behind Antiguan culinary traditions, and discover how to add a dash of West Indian cooking to your own recipes. At the end of your class, sit down to savor the results, accompanied by a glass of wine. After sating your appetite, you will have the opportunity to take a dip or stroll along the beach, before returning to your ship. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
