Take an elevator to the observation deck of the nearly 500-foot-tall Sapporo TV Tower. Located 300 feet above the ground, the viewing platform offers sweeping 360-degree views of the city. Return to your motor coach and drive past the former Hokkaidō Government Office building and the Sapporo Clock Tower. Its American-designed wooden structure is the oldest building in Sapporo and one of the few remaining Western-style buildings.
