Krka National Park & Town of Skradin
Zadar, Croatia

Krka National Park & Town of Skradin

Natural Wonders & Ancient Town Venture inland to Croatia’s mountainous interior and call at one of the country’s oldest towns. Located in central Dalmatia, Krka National Park protects almost 27,000 acres, enclosing its namesake river, which thunders through a deep karst canyon on its way to the Adriatic Sea. Meet your guide and drive by motor coach to the park, where you will walk to the Skradinski Buk waterfalls, a collection of 17 cascades that tumble 150 feet along the river amid a stunning, forested landscape. After, return to your coach and drive to Lozovac village, where you will enjoy lunch at a local restaurant before continuing to Skradin, one of the country’s oldest towns. Situated on the waterfront, this historic community is known for its picturesque harbor. Explore its cobblestone streets lined with pastel-colored, historic buildings and shops, before returning to your ship. * Demanding - Physically challenging activities, including extensive walks, hiking, riding, water sports, and high altitude activities. Activities by foot may contain difficult, unpaved surfaces and/or multiple stairs and steep inclines. Total time walking or standing may exceed 3 hours.
