New York City Architecture by Boat

Expert-Led Tour Highlighting Iconic Buildings and Bridges Appreciate New York’s famous skyline while sailing with a member of the American Institute of Architects. From buildings to bridges, New York is home to some of the most iconic architectural and engineering feats in the world. You will transfer to the boat dock, where you will be welcomed on board your yacht and meet your knowledgeable guide, a member of the AIA. Then, sit back and enjoy a beverage while you cruise along the Hudson River. Listen as your guide explains the vision behind the design of numerous buildings, including the Chrysler and Woolworth buildings and One World Trade Center. You will also pass the Statue of Liberty and Ellis Island, as well as renowned spans like the Brooklyn Bridge—the world’s longest suspension bridge at the time of its completion in 1883. After, return to shore and your ship with a new appreciation of this renowned cityscape. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
