An Off-Road Adventure in the Costa Rican Countryside Venture out to experience the wild beauty of Costa Rica in an all-terrain vehicle, and enjoy a nature walk. Equipped with a 6x6 traction control system, air conditioning and an easy-access cabin with panoramic windows, the Monster Bus will give you the chance to explore rugged areas of the countryside in comfort and style. Travel past small towns on your way along the winding road to the banks of the Banano River. Here, amid majestic views, you will be treated to a selection of Costa Rican snacks (weather permitting). Then, your naturalist guide will lead you on a brief nature walk, home to a variety of wildlife, including poison dart frogs, monkeys and many species of birds. You will also enjoy a brief stop at a banana plantation to learn about the fruit’s production before taking the scenic coastal drive back to your ship. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
