Taste Local Rum & Gin Distilled in Cozumel's First Distillery Enjoy a classic recipe or personalize your own cocktail, paired with tacos and dessert. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by your host and taken on a tour of the distillery. Witness how the rum is produced and learn about the process, from the harvesting of sugarcane and fermenting to distilling and bottling. You will also see how botanicals are carefully combined with the distilled, cane-based spirit to create gin. Sip on an aperitif as you tour the facility, then continue to the bar, where an expert bartender will showcase a variety of showstopping cocktails. Under his guidance, you will then craft your own creation and sit down to enjoy the results, accompanied by tacos and a dessert—the perfect complement to your drink. Afterward, return to your motor coach for the return journey to your ship. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines.
