Scenic Sailing by RIB
Cork (Cobh), Ireland

Scenic Sailing by RIB

Historic Sights of Cork Harbour Set sail on a Rigid Inflatable Boat to explore the waters of one of the largest natural harbors in the world. Make your way on foot to the jetty, where you will board your RIB and depart Cobh, accompanied by a local guide. As you traverse Cork Harbour at high speed, your guide will share stories about the history of Irish emigration from the region and the RMS Titanic that sailed these waters on her maiden voyage. Marvel at the many coastal sights that you pass, including artillery forts, lighthouses and the oldest sailing club in the world. Your vessel will make a brief stop at a harbor watering hole for you and your fellow guests to enjoy an Irish coffee, a cocktail made of sweetened coffee and Cork-distilled Jameson whiskey, topped with whipped cream. Indulge in this local delicacy before returning to your RIB for the journey back to Cobh. * Demanding - Physically challenging activities, including extensive walks, hiking, riding, water sports, and high altitude activities. Activities by foot may contain difficult, unpaved surfaces and/or multiple stairs and steep inclines. Total time walking or standing may exceed 3 hours.
