Snapshots of Kuala Lumpur

City Highlights and Landmarks Trace Kuala Lumpur’s evolution with visits to a colonial-era manor, the National Art Gallery and lively Chinatown. Board your motor coach and transfer to Kuala Lumpur, where you will call at Carcosa Seri Negara, a former colonial residence set within landscaped grounds. After your visit, continue to the National Art Gallery, where you will view works spanning traditional and contemporary styles that reflect Malaysia’s artistic development. Return to your coach for a drive into the historic center to see landmarks including the Sultan Abdul Samad Building and Independence Square, and continue on foot to Masjid Jamek, set at the meeting point of the Klang and Gombak rivers. After a local lunch, stroll through Chinatown’s busy streets, lined with shop houses and market stalls, then continue to Central Market. You will have free time to browse before returning to your ship. * Demanding - Physically challenging activities, including extensive walks, hiking, riding, water sports, and high altitude activities.
