Flavors of Singapore

A Multicultural Tasting Experience Visit three of Singapore’s iconic neighborhoods and sample authentic Malay, Indian and Chinese flavors. Board your motor coach and drive to Kampong Glam, Singapore’s historic Malay–Arab quarter, once home to the royal family. See the golden domes of Sultan Mosque, browse textile shops and view the vibrant murals that line Arab Street and Haji Lane. Pause to enjoy a selection of local treats, including frothy Teh Tarik —a strong, sweet milk tea—and a freshly made curry puff. Continue to Little India, one of the city’s most colorful and culturally rich districts. Visit heritage landmarks, including Hindu temples and old shophouses, and taste a crisp dosai with chutneys, paired with aromatic masala tea. Your final stop is Chinatown, where you will have free time to explore its lively alleys before concluding with a sampling of Michelin-recognized soy sauce chicken at Hawker Chan. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
