Auckland on Foot & the All Blacks Experience

Rugby Legends and Links to Kiwi Culture Delve into the heart of New Zealand’s heritage during a guided city walk and a visit to the All Blacks Experience. Accompanied by your guide, begin your journey at Queen’s Wharf, situated in the heart of downtown Auckland. As you stroll the city streets, your guide will share stories of the New Zealanders who have shaped the country’s legacy. Learn about important figures, including legendary sailor Sir Peter Blake, Olympic athlete Les Mills and fearless aviator Jean Batten, who piloted the first solo flight from England to New Zealand in 1936. Then, head to the SkyCity precinct for an immersive experience showcasing Māori culture and their connection to rugby. Test your rugby skills, experience the haka up-close and gain a deeper understanding of the significance of the sport to New Zealand, before returning to your awaiting ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines. Total time walking or standing normally ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours.
