Sail the Waters Around Hobart and Savor a Seafood Degustation Feast on freshly caught seafood during a cruise with commercial fishermen and divers. Meet your experienced crew at the wharf, then board your vessel and set out onto the beautiful waterways surrounding Hobart. Cruise down to northern Bruny Island, passing imposing sea cliffs, sandy beaches and local wildlife, such as seals, dolphins and seabirds. Sample fresh seafood that has been caught and cooked on board while the fishermen share their seafaring history. You will also have an opportunity to participate in an oyster shucking lesson and, weather permitting, watch as skilled divers harvest live periwinkles and sea urchins to prepare on board. Cap your excursion with a taste of a variety of seafood, accompanied by Tasmanian beverages, including wine, beer and soft drinks. After, you will return to the wharf and your ship.
