Explore the Coastline by E-Bike and by Foot Traverse Wrangell’s coast by e-bike and hike through the rainforest en route to the impressive Rainbow Falls. Meet your guide and listen to a short safety briefing before receiving your e-bike and setting out on your journey. Pedal with ease past beaches and forested stretches, taking in the views of towering Sitka spruce and western hemlock as you ride toward Rainbow Falls. Park your bike and step into the cool shade of a temperate rainforest to continue your exploration on foot. Follow your guide along a well-marked path lined with moss-draped trees and vibrant undergrowth, learning about this unique ecosystem as you approach the rushing waters of Rainbow Falls. After your trek, return to your bike and journey back to your awaiting ship, pausing along the way at Petroglyph Beach to see ancient rock carvings that speak to the region’s deep cultural heritage. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
