Cast Your Line in Pristine Waters Set sail in search of halibut, rockfish and more, and savor your catch during a waterside dining experience. Board a heated, custom-built vessel and meet your captain, who will provide you with the necessary gear and guidance before you set out. As you cruise, keep watch for humpback whales, orcas and sea otters in the nearby waters, and bald eagles along the forested shoreline. When you reach the fishing grounds, cast your line for Pacific salmon, when in season, and bottom species including halibut, rockfish and lingcod. After, continue by boat to a lodge overlooking Port Saint Nicholas, where an experienced chef will prepare your catch. Depending on the weather, you may dine indoors or outside as your catch becomes the centerpiece of an ocean-to-table meal, served with an appetizer, side dishes and dessert.
