Scenic Voyage on Sitka Sound with Alaskan Feast Cruise the waters around Sitka in search of local wildlife en route to a delicious Alaskan feast. At the pier, meet your captain and crew, and settle in to the cozy cabin of your Alaskan-built expedition vessel. As you set sail on the Sitka Sound, your onboard naturalist will provide information on the remarkable ecosystem that thrives here, and point out places of interest and nearby wildlife. Keep watch for sea otters, whales, seals, brown bears and more as you head for Fin Island Lodge. Upon arrival, witness a fish fillet demonstration, then indulge in a hearty lunch of Alaskan crab, wild salmon, prime rib and homemade sides; if you arrive before 10:00 AM, your chef will add a scrumptious breakfast twist to the menu. Finish your satisfying meal, then explore the island’s picturesque grounds or relax next to a crackling beach fire.
