Panoramic Tierra Del Fuego by Land & Sea
End of the World Train, National Park and Beagle Channel Navigation Admire the natural beauty of Tierra del Fuego during a scenic train ride and cruise the Beagle Channel. At the End of the World Station, embark on the antique wagons of the Ferrocarril Austral Fueguino for a leisurely steam-powered locomotive trip across the Pipo River and the Cañadón del Toro before entering Tierra del Fuego National Park. Your narrated tour will follow the river and along the plain, while rugged mountains and verdant forests lazily pass by. Upon arrival at the National Park Station, board your motor coach for Lapataia Bay, the continent’s southernmost tip and one of the park’s highlights. Upon arrival, board your catamaran and set sail toward the Beagle Channel’s coastal islands. Cruise to Isla de Los Lobos, or “Sea Wolves Island,” named after the sea lions that occupy it. Enjoy an opportunity to get a closer look before returning to Ushuaia and your ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
