Ride Two-by-Two on a Dogsled Join an experienced dog musher for a sled ride pulled by world-class huskies and hear stories of Arctic life. Board your motor coach for the short drive to Holmen Husky Lodge, an Arctic retreat located just outside Alta. Here, you will receive a warm welcome from your hosts, who will teach you about the beginnings of this family-run kennel. Set out for a sled ride with one of the lodge’s mushers before stepping inside a traditional laavo , a tent-like dwelling that holds deep significance for the Sami people.
