Enjoy a Home-Cooked Meal at a Traditional Country Farmhouse Discover the Dubrovnik countryside and sample authentic local flavors during a visit to a family home. Set out on a scenic drive to the Čilipi and the Novaković Family Village Estate, nestled in the green, fertile Konavle Valley in an old block of stone houses. The oldest part is several centuries old. The authentic interior of the family’s traditional home illustrates rural life. For generations, they have worked the land here, producing grape brandy, olive oil and wine in the same way as their ancestors. View the family’s large collection of implements and wine barrels and explore the garden to see what is cultivated here. After, your gracious host and chef, Mr. Niko Novaković, will introduce and present local specialties cooked just for you, which you will enjoy with a glass of wine from the family’s own vineyards.
