Visit one of its perfumeries to see how rose, jasmine, lavender and thyme are distilled into their essence. You will also traverse the spectacular gorges of the River Loup to the fortified hill town of Saint-Paul de Vence. This fortified village dates back more than 1,000 years and has been frequented by famous artists of the 20th century, including Matisse, Chagall and Picasso. Walk past its exquisite medieval painted houses and their fine loggias.
