Bến Thành is the largest food market in Ho Chi Minh City, a place whose sights, sounds, smells, tastes and exotic feel will enchant you. Your chef will lead the way through the endless stalls and introduce you to a wide variety of exotic, local foods; and will show you how to select ingredients to create the perfect spring roll. Then, it is on to the classroom where your chef demonstrates the intricate traditional art of vegetable carving. Have fun showcasing your creative talents, or simply enjoy learning a new skill as you carve your very own vegetable flowers using cucumbers, gourds, carrots and pumpkins. Your chef will then teach you how to make spring rolls, and you will of course enjoy eating them along with other delicious Vietnamese delicacies prepared by your chef. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
