Cruise the Misty Fjords Through the Alaskan Wilderness

Immerse Yourself in Spectacular Surroundings Sail along Alaskan waters and take in the views of serene nature and local wildlife. Drive to downtown Ketchikan by motor coach, where you will meet your crew and board your vessel. Traverse the rugged coastline, keeping your eyes peeled for wildlife as you sail the Revillagigedo Channel into the Behm Canal. Stop to observe a bald eagle nest and see the impressive New Eddystone Rock—a volcanic spire rising from the emerald sea. As you cruise the breathtaking Misty Fjords National Monument, pass by the glacier-carved masterpiece that is Rudyerd Bay. Listen for the call of nesting seabirds and feel the mist of the waterfalls cascading over 3,000-foot-high glacier cliffs. Sample a selection of snacks as you keep watch for whales, seals and other marine life on the return journey to rejoin your awaiting ship. * Easy - Walking portions are generally over easy surfaces with few steps or inclines. Total time walking or standing is normally not longer than 1.5 hours.
