RIB Excursion & Fin Island Lodge

Picturesque Straits of Sitka Sound and Delicious Alaskan Feast Skim Sitka's straits on board a rigid inflatable boat, or RIB, en route to a mouthwatering Alaskan feast. Meet your knowledgeable captain and don your necessary waterproof gear, then travel across the glassy waters of the straits. Keep watch for possible sightings of the many animals that live among the reefs and rocky outcroppings, such as sea otters, whales and sea lions. Upon arrival at Fin Island Lodge, indulge in a hearty lunch of Alaskan crab, wild salmon, prime rib and homemade sides, accompanied by a complimentary glass of beer or wine; if you arrive before 10:00 AM, your chef will add a scrumptious breakfast twist to the menu. Your appetite sated, head out to explore the island’s picturesque grounds or take a seat and relax next to a crackling beach fire before boarding your RIB for the journey back to your ship. * Demanding - Physically challenging activities, including extensive walks, hiking, riding, water sports, and high altitude activities.
