Photographic Walking Workshop
Sydney, Australia

Photographic Walking Workshop

Capture Sydney’s Best Views with a Professional Photographer Take a guided photo safari and walking tour in Sydney Harbour, where so many picturesque subjects abound. This walking tour, led by a professional photographer, begins in The Rocks—Sydney’s oldest village, nestled in the shadow of Sydney Harbour Bridge. Snap images of vivid street art, historic houses and pubs and plenty of local color. Then, be inspired by the distinctive lines of the Sydney Opera House, a UNESCO World Heritage Site whose sail-like roof and white-tiled facade provide endless photographic possibilities as the light shifts. Learn how to set your camera’s aperture, ISO and shutter speed; pick up expert tips on composition and lighting; and play around with creative camera angles. Whether you have just bought a new camera, have been shooting in automatic mode your whole life or just want to hone your technique, this workshop will take your skills to the next level. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines. Total time walking or standing normally ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours.
