Continue to a nearby neighborhood for one of Maputo’s most famous savoury snacks, the badjia , a pastry made from beans, often eaten at breakfast. After, visit Mozambique’s largest craft market, Feima, where you will have time to browse handmade items made by local artisans. On your way back to the pier, stop at a beachfront food stall for Mozambican chicken, and a roadside stand for refreshing drinks of coconut water or sugar cane, before returning to your ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines.
