Inkwenkwezi Private Reserve

Get Close to Exotic African Wildlife Set out in search of big game during this exciting excursion to a private game reserve. Inkwenkwezi is a 25,000-acre park that is home to a variety of ecosystems supporting a diverse number of species. Drive through rolling hills, farmland and traditional Xhosa villages en route to the game reserve. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a troupe of Xhosa singers and dancers. Enjoy a refreshing welcome drink before boarding your 4x4 vehicle for an open air journey through the bush. Keep watch for animals, such as wildebeest, giraffe, zebra, buffalo, and the rare Eastern Cape kudu. You will also hope to see the various bird species, including crested crane, secretary bird, ground hornbill and ostrich. Your safari guide will get you as close to the animals as possible without disturbing them. After your game drive, return to your ship. * Moderate - Walking portions may be long and somewhat challenging with occasional step-ups, stairs and inclines. Total time walking or standing normally ranges from 1.5 to 3 hours.
