El Salto Canyon Hike & Craft Beer

Rocky Wonders Outside Ensenada and Local Brews Set off into the untamed beauty of the Guadalupe Valley for a hike through rugged El Salto Canyon. You will transfer to the trailhead in El Sauzal, an expansive nature park outside of Ensenada. Here, you will meet your naturalist guide and receive a short safety briefing. Then, tighten the laces of your trekking footwear before alighting the path through the rocky, ochre-colored terrain on a 1.5-mile hike. Admire the pristine nature of your surroundings as you wind your way past towering cliffs and unusual rock formations and over trickling creeks and boulders. Keep watch for local wildlife, prickly cacti and the patches of wildflowers that dot the arid landscape. At the end of your hike, you will travel to a local brewery, where you will sit on the patio and quench your thirst with craft beers, followed by delicious fish tacos, before returning to your ship. * Demanding - Physically challenging activities, including extensive walks, hiking, riding, water sports, and high altitude activities.
